Strong knowledge of Information Technology with educational background of business administration as its backbone has contributed to development of my professional career as a skilled, efficient and energetic Manager of modern era. The influence of Information Technology and tools of management leading to the competitive and global environment of business have never been challenging as they are today. To overcome such a challenging situation requires equally the knowledge and skills in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and management to manage human resource.

Management of Sambad Technologies Private Limited provides me an excellent knowledge and skills on how to manage people with different cultural backgrounds as well as with different attitudes, values and norms. As a Business Security Course Instructor, I encounter with business leaders who posses high values and advanced skills dealing with ground realities of business environment including multidimensional problems of business security generated from competitions, global changes and rapid expansion and development of Information Technology.

I had had the opportunity to maintain close vigilance on the banking sector of Nepal for the last 20 years with experiences while working with Nepal Rastra Bank(NRB). I have expertise in the systems of electronic payment and settlements. I find myself capable of handling banking functions by integrating them with modern IT infrastructures. I have knowledge of key areas of IT consisting of systems and database, applications related to banking sector, connectivity and communications and information security.

Microsoft and Cisco have recognized me as a professional practitioner in their respective areas. Being trained and certified by Microsoft (MCP-Microsoft Certified Professional) in New Delhi in 2000 and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Hyderabad , India in 2003, I have gained skills and experiences in a more complex environment. Sponsored training courses on Linux/UNIX and Oracle have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to manage these servers in Nepal Rastra Bank. I started my career in network security sector from 2003 after undergoing a training course in PIX and Checkpoint Firewall at Hyderabad in India . The Training at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok on Information Security and work experience in secured banking network has enhanced my in-depth knowledge of business security.

I am also trained in Nepal and abroad as well on SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) which is considered to be a basic means of financial transfer for inter-banking transactions. I am responsible for SWIFT support in Nepal Rastra Bank. I was responsible for upgrading of Swift Alliance Entry and SWIFT Net Link and am presently involved in SWIFT Net Phase-II.
